Our Story:
The name ‘Conscia' comes from the Latin ‘Confidant'.
With over 40 years of commercial recruitment experience between them, our two founders Ryan and Graham knew they wanted to build a business based on relationships and not transactions; a business which has your brand at the centre with Conscia as a ‘Work Happy' footnote in the development of your Employer Value Proposition.
Every molecule and sinew of the Conscia team is focused on keeping your business and brand compliant, efficient, productive and in simple terms, Happy!

The notion of ‘Work. Happy' was derived from the revelation that commercial recruitment and the traditional approach of ‘agency' or in-house HR and recruitment teams rarely felt remotely ‘happy' or even mildly conducive to either client or candidate. The nature of the relationships was transactional, process driven… an approach in personal life or business that rarely results in contentment or happiness, of any description.
The outcome – a business that not only wants its own people to work happy but to embrace this mission for every client – to go that extra yard for happiness and contentment. Relationships first, transactions second. Always.
