Founded in 1986, SAAF's mission is to reduce new HIV and other sexually transmitted infections by providing equitable access to education, prevention, and sexual healthcare and improving the health and quality of life of people living with HIV.

At SAAF, we are committed to creating a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community.

Our services include health education, free HIV and STI testing, PrEP, medical and pharmaceutical services, mental health counseling, medical and social case management, Cafe SAAF, housing and emergency financial assistance for people living with HIV and oral health care.
