Town & Country REALTORS® was created in 1968 and led by trailblazer Reggie Smith for 50 years. Through the decades, Smith built a team of excellent leaders with a diverse range of experience. This collection of agent knowledge allows Town & Country to pair buyers and sellers with agents that will provide the most expertise for their specific needs, including purchases beyond residential property.

Town & Country has a broad portfolio of commercial, land, and investment property transactions as well. In 2018, Reggie Smith passed his business to Joey Hale, who now preserves Smith's values and principles as the foundation of the company. Hale continues to invest in agents so they keep making the home buying and selling experiences extraordinary. Hale also enjoys educating new home buyers about the process so they have the tools and information they need.
