Communication Works is an award-winning speech language pathology company in the Bay Area owned and operated by speech language pathologists. Founded in 2004, we partner with schools, families, and individuals to improve the lives of others through speech, language, and social therapy services.

Our mission to communicate and connect extends to the speech language pathologists (SLP's) on our team as well as the schools and site teams we partner with.

Communication Works prides itself on being a close knit family for the SLP's on our team. We provide professional development, support and mentoring as well as social opportunities to connect with other SLP's to share challenges and celebrate successes. Our SLP's know, "We've got their back!".

Unlike many other agencies, we don't place our SLP's based on filling a vacancy, but rather by finding the perfect match based on their desires, interests and experience to maximize longevity and job satisfaction.

Communication Works also has an outstanding Clinical Fellowship (CF) Program that provides unparalleled support throughout one's CF year. We build strong, confident therapists with high clinical standards who are prepared for the unexpected. Once your CF is complete, CW continues to offer support to you in your desired amount as your clinical development carries on.
