About

The Immunology Database and Analysis Portal, otherwise known as 'ImmPort', is an open access platform that contains high-quality immunological and clinical trials data, as well as analysis tools and resources, to support data sharing and advance immunological research within the scientific community.

ImmPort is funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Transplantation (DAIT) and contains over 6 million experimental results from hundreds of studies, all freely accessible. New studies are continually added to ImmPort, and download of data is offered via API, as well as directly from the site after registration, which is quick, simple, and free.

Data types include ELISA, flow cytometry, RNA sequencing, and many more. Conditions studied include Covid19, influenza, rheumatoid arthritis, malaria, Zika, asthma, transplantation, preterm birth and over 100 others. Also, ImmPort includes data from over 100 clinical trials.

ImmPort utilizes FAIR data principals and holds the Core Trust Seal for Trustworthy Data Repositories. ImmPort is also a recommended data repository by Nature Scientific Data and PLOS ONE.
