ZERONE's technology capabilities include rapid software development, customization of off-the-shelf systems for a perfect customer fit, integration of off-the-shelf systems into new and existing infrastructures and interfacing of new systems with legacy systems.
ZERONE's training capabilities start with task analysis and continue with instructional design and the design and delivery of training using both the traditional classroom approach as well as developing custom web-based training. ZERONE has developed over 50 web-based training courses and currently trains US Department of State passport acceptance clerks online.
ZERONE's support experience ranges from help desks to logistics, including the coordination of third party field installation teams, in-service support, depot repair operations, and evergreen technology refresh initiatives. The evergreen strategies extend system live and increase return on investment by evolving system solutions to keep pace with ever changing business needs and new technologies.
ZERONE has been a GSA-schedule contractor for over ten years and is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) with the maximum twelve preference points in the District of Columbia.
