Using our Water-Jets, Abrasive-Jets, Injection Molding and CNC machines we can offer virtually any Rubber, Plastic, Foam, Sponge or Metal Fabricated part you may need for your applications.

Services We Provide: CNC Machining, Cable Assembly, Waterjet Cutting, Molding, Metal Bending and Metal Finishing.

CNC Machining: Using our Flow Abrasive Water-Jets and CNC machines MAR is able to fabricate various metal parts for your required needs. We currently are capable of cutting most materials on the Abrasive Water-Jet up to 6 inches thick. We have expanded our CNC work by having two HAAS CNC mill machines. Cable Assembly: MAR MFG offers custom cable assemblies for mass production. All we need is you to send us a blueprint or drawing of the specifications you need, and we will manufacture to them. We specialize in Mil-Spec custom assemblies, Humidity and Temp sensors, Communication cables, Cat5 cables, Coaxial cables, and custom cable assemblies.

Waterjet Cutting: Waterjets are not only used for cutting Gaskets, but they can be used to cut various shapes and designs out of any manufactured or natural materials while holding tolerances under .010. Using our Flow Abrasive Water-Jets to cut parts for your required needs. We currently are capable of cutting most materials on the Abrasive Water-Jet up to 6 inches thick

Molding: MAR offers custom plastic injection and rubber compression molding from prototyping to large production runs. Send us a 3d cad file and we will return a quote to you. Overmolding is now offered by MAR using thermoplastics to mold over electronics, cable connectors and other metal components.
