Fourayes is the UK's number 1 grower and processor of English Bramley apples, as well as a wide range of other fruit for bakery, desserts, dairy and smoothie and similar markets.

Fourayes products can be found in high quality foods in the major high street food retailers, cafes, fast-food outlets, coffee retailers and convenience stores; as well as on airlines and in food service.

Fourayes is the world's only Fruiticians, making us ‘passionate about 'doing beautiful things with fruit'.

Our history is one of continuous innovation: from the natural dip (now the industry standard) that reduces browning of apple flesh to Plumptious (the juiciest vine fruit mincemeat - using our proprietary pre-plumping process) and Utterly Fruity (allowing fresh apple to be used in applications previously thought impossible). Being both a grower and processor of fruit means we are uniquely able to create products that optimise the qualities of each fruit.

Fourayes is located in Kent – the ‘Garden of England' – Britain's largest fruit-growing area. This gives us:
1. Close proximity to our main raw fruit ingredients. This minimises food miles as well as securing quality and allows us, uniquely, to inspect fruit prior to supply, on farm.
2. Easy access to the UK's motorway network, as well as being close to the Channel Tunnel and sea ports, for export.

Fourayes is a third generation, family-owned, business with a passion about delivering the best for our customers.
Although we are a multi award-winning company, we view the value of awards only as testament to the effort and commitment of all our staff and the benefits our customers can enjoy as a result.
