For nearly 50 years, our firm has been a recognized leader in the diversity and inclusion industry. We were pioneers in the national conversation about the changing demographics of the U.S. workforce, advocating an inclusive environment for everyone. We are known for creating and delivering engaging content, innovative assessment tools and organizational change processes that deliver bottom-line results.

As our corporate clients became multinational organizations, our understanding of diversity outside of the U.S. expanded as well. While diversity may not look or mean the same thing everywhere in the world, every nation struggles with how to create inclusive high-performing teams to some degree. We have worked throughout Europe, Asia, and South America, as well as Australia, Africa, and India.
