Champion Personnel System 2.0 is a Flexible Talent Acquisition and Consulting firm, established in 1964 by Ralph A. Schepens, CPC, a former president of our Ohio, Cleveland and National Associations of Personnel Services.

Our practice areas include every level of an organization looking to reduce hiring issues, increase productivity and increase retention of their workforce.

Champion assists clients in creating a Durable Commitment to the work and the organization through best practices not used by a typical service.

We are adept at the shop floor level, staff level and the C-Suite, and can assist with true onboarding/ Immersion consulting, single point staffing management and onsite workforce management. Our Talent Acquisition, Contract to Hire and Contract acquisition practices are focused on helping an organization increase their profitability.

We are not an employment ‘agency'.

Our staff boasts over 250 years of cumulative experience, our client list is over 12,000 organizations representing virtually every industry or profession in North East Ohio and the United States. We have filled over 90,000 direct hire and over 3 million contract assignments in our history.
