Ga Ga Guice

About

Ga Ga Guice was born in a backyard in Deer Park, TX. In the Fall of 2020, we were on our 4th or 5th year of having a garden in which the peppers were doing great. I was giving away peppers and a friend suggested I make some hot sauce. I investigated what that would take and found that most salsas and hot sauces would need to be preserved, yet a white vinegar based hot sauce would be easier.
So, after looking into some different ideas, I started experimenting with some flavors, and I found a formula that my friends loved. Most people really like the flavor. I believe the recipe had a Devine origin, and that it was a gift to me. I have tried to make it hotter and hotter, but what most like is the flavor not the heat.
Almost every ingredient is out of my garden, and what is not is sourced from my local grocery store and special markets from around South TX. Because of the scope of this process, we do not sell online, rather just have fun with friends and family here in Deer Park and for colleagues. We do sell in The Heath Nut in Deer Park, TX.
My wife's grandma name is Ga Ga, and that is the inspiration for the name. I looked for Ga Ga Guice, and no one had the URL, so we bought it and the rest is history.
