Balance Yoga Studio is a sacred space promoting peace, harmony & self expansion.

These wonderful offerings can now be brought into the workplace. We offer holistic programs that create a shift towards a more harmonious and fulfilling life. We have developed numerous service offering to help corporations empower their most valuable assets (their employees) to develop a more conscious way of living.

Here is an overview of what we can bring into your office no matter how big or small:

Yoga
Our classes start with easy exercises to develop the propiocepcion (awareness of the body), and slowly moves to empowering yoga postures (asanas) to develop control of the muscles and concentration of the mind. We combine different styles such as Hatha, Anusara™, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative and Therapeutics to suit the needs of each group.

Meditation
Through various styles of meditation the mind reaches a peaceful state embracing the present moment with gratitude and responsibility. A quiet mind has more ability to focus allowing us to make more clear and conscious decisions. We include diverse techniques in our meditation sessions such as breathing exercises, guided meditations, sanskrit mantra recitation and Yoga Nidra.

Healthy Living
All of these practices can be supported with a healthy living class or individual assessments. Our team conducts special educational sessions where we focus on topics such as: "Why to reduce our sugar intake", "How to diversify the diet without making it boring", "The Essential Greens", "How proper breathing can change our life".

All healthy living sessions are intended to provide a foundation to develop new healthy habits that can support an overarching wellness in daily life.
