Founded in 2008 by owners Amanda and Jay Toland, Toland Realty Co is a locally owned and operated real estate company located in the "loveliest village on the plains" Auburn Alabama. At Toland Realty we specialize in residential real estate sales and property management. Our sales team is comprised of positive pro -growth agents who are eager to help ensure that every deal gets done in a professional and ethical manner. Some of the types of properties we sell on a regular basis are single family homes, student condos, townhomes, lots, land and commercial property. Toland Realty agents not only know how to market and sell new homes on behalf of sellers our agents do an exceptional job in representing buyers looking to purchase. At Toland Realty we feel that both buying and selling real estate are equally important and our mission to provide unwavering customer service is seen in both.

Our future plans include expanding our brokerage as well as our property management company to include not only residential sales and leasing but also commercial. We aim to work with our clients and our sister company, Toland Construction to develop, build, sell and lease both commercial and project based residential developments in the Auburn/ Opelika area. Continually adding new agents and staff we feel is the key to building a successful full service real estate company whose primary motivation is honesty and client satisfaction.
