Our 100% employee-owned business began in Montana, with our corporate headquarters still residing in Great Falls. Since then, our firm has experienced constant and consistent growth establishing offices in Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming and Idaho.

Each office is supported by an experienced staff of construction professionals, project managers, superintendents, estimators and administrative staff who provide the company's full range of services. Sletten's combined construction volumes of these offices have been consistently in the top 400 rating of the Engineering News Record's annual survey for the past 30 years.
