In the 1980s a group of individuals and organizations led by All Saints Episcopal Parish, Frederick, Maryland partnered and worked together to address the growing homeless rate for families in the community. The outcome of their admirable efforts is the founding of Advocates for Homeless Families in 1988, an organization that has successfully impacted the lives of several hundred families who otherwise may not have had the support and resources to overcome their homelessness.
