Updown tracks all data and learns from the user's workouts in order to smartly recommend future workouts. Users can subscribe to the fitness channels that they enjoy the most to receive updates on new workouts.
Users can upgrade to Updown Plus to create their own workouts, access additional workout history, and disable ads.
Updown is available on the Apple, Google, and Amazon app stores.
