The maya vision

When we nurture ourselves- mind, body, and soul- we are filled with positive energy to give back to our families, our communities, and the world. At Maya, our aim is to create a gathering place for people to comfortably retreat and find options to recharge and replenish, before stepping back into the larger world better able to care for themselves and others.

Maya Whole Health Studio offers a full schedule of yoga and Pilates, as well as fun and informative workshops and other whole health services, including massage, acupuncture, and holistic skin care. Southport Maya Whole Health Studio features a boutique offering high quality apparel, accessories, and other related goodies.
