Xoptix particle sizing analysers have been developed from over 30 years'​ experience within the industry. With an in-depth knowledge of laser diffraction as a method for sizing particles from 0.1 to 3000 microns, our carefully fine-tuned IntelliSzier particle analyser is robust and trusted globally.

Designed to ISO 13320, inline particle analysis with Xoptix is tried and tested to the highest standard, yet delivers a cost effective solution for many industry applications. Our focus is to produce accurate process particle sizing that can be measured in real time with zero product loss. Sampling in-line minimises downtime through extracting product for analysis directly from the line, potentially saving thousand if not millions of pounds a year.
