After the 2008 real estate collapse, Ace was created to maximize the opportunities that did exist in the South Florida market. Opportunistic purchases, rent, hold. We used our connections, speed and broad knowledge of the local market and industry to thrive in this new environment. Then, in 2011 the market shifted: different opportunities emerged. We applied the same proven skill set to broaden our prospective from buying with a longer term investment in mind, to short and mid-term investing. By 2013 the market acceleration added the opportunity to buy, reposition and sell. Although the market today is characterized by low inventory levels; below market purchasing opportunities, rising home prices and a strong demand for rental properties supports both short and long term investment strategies. Ace's success over the years has been its ability to adapt effectively to a changing real estate market and client needs.
