Professional Call Solutions is an American owned company, founded in 1997 in Florida:

First International center opened in Costa Rica, 1997
Moved operations to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2003
Founded and remains an active member in the Dominican Republic Call Center Association
Expanded operation to Panama in 2007
Opened Colombian center in the Spring of 2009
LACCA Certified since fall of 2009
Today, we operate one of the largest call center networks in the nearshore market
