The company is affiliated with First Sealord Surety, Inc., a United States Department of Treasury Listed, A.M. Best Rated A-("Excellent") insurance company licensed in 36 states and focused solely on the provision of construction performance and payment surety bonds (payment & performance guarantees) for the construction industry.


Through a combination of sophisticated controls and oversight Broadlands Financial Group provides owner's representative services that help ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of a construction project. Broadlands has successfully provided construction oversight, controls and risk management programs on more than $20 billion dollars of energy, multi-family housing, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, medical, industrial and public works projects over the past eighteen years.
