I have been a Realtor since 2002. I have had my brokers license since 2009. I have helped hundreds of familes achieve their real estate goals of buying and selling homes. I am a listing specialist. As a huge proponent of having my listings preinspected, I make certain this is done on each listing, along with professional photography, extensive ad campaigns, and marketing access for showings in such a way as to procure maximum interest. This is not just a slogan or a thought. I have a proven system that will have your home seen in the market place by thousands of people. In my years of Real Estate, only 2 properties did not sell. They were both short sales that the bank foreclosed upon while I was in contract. Only on a very few occassions have my listings not sold in under the average days on the market as posted in the MLS. That is service you can count on.
As a Realtor with Christie's International Real Estate/Sereno, I did not go and change brokers. Christie's Internationa Real Estate has joined with Sereno Real Estate to form the largest independent real estate brokerage in the Bay Area. They are all about serving the communities in which we work with the utmost care and diligence. Programs like 1% for change shows just how serious we are about helping our comminties by giving 1% of each transaction to help local charities make the place where we live and work a better one for all concerned.
I have been in business for all these years because I enjoy helping people. There are few things greater than helping people get into their first home, or helping people that have been in their home forever find a way to downsize into something more comfortable or accessible.
