Intercom Staffing helps businesses grow their talent pool through employee benefits and benefits administration. Our mission is to help employers of all sizes provide the much-needed options for their employees to live a well rounded life and retire happy and fulfilled.

Employers are like the parents of their employees. The pay we give to employees goes toward paying for their livelihood, and as such, it is advantageous to provide these folks with access to benefits that will help them fulfill their monetary needs in the short term and their financial goals for the long term. Some employers think they can't afford to provide great benefits packages to their people, or that the setup is complex and time-consuming, and that is where I come in to share how it's possible, the implementation process, and why small businesses are eager to provide this value to their teams.
