You'll also find the most knowledgeable staff anywhere, who will love to talk recipes, yours and theirs! Just behind the shellfish counter, you'll see our highly visible processing room, where our expert cutters are filleting the freshest fish available, every day!

Our lobsters come off Maine lobster boats right through our back door daily, and are kept in aerated tanks full of recirculating fresh seawater, ready to be steamed here, packed for a short trip home or packed to travel.
