About
Founded in 2000, The pay It Forward Foundation was established by American author Catherine Ryan Hyde, as a way to grow the philosophy of random acts of kindness, as presented in her book, Pay It Forward.
With the release of the Pay It Forward Young Readers Edition, in August 2014, the Foundation has re-newed it's focus, partnering with teachers and students to provide the book at no cost.
The Pay It Forward Foundation is a 501 c 3 charitable organization. Your financial support for the Foundation is appreciated.
