Once a Bath Wizard® installer has experienced a 6 month apprenticeship program, a select few are promoted to a lead installer position and are given the title of a Bath Wizard Master Craftsman™. In an industry with an extremely high installer turnover rate, the firm has accomplished what many said was impossible, which is one of the lowest turnover rates in the country.
