About
Community Health Programs (CHP) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving our friends, neighbors, and family from throughout the Berkshires, at sites in Great Barrington, Lee, Pittsfield, Adams, and North Adams, as well our CHP on Wheels; a licensed mobile health center in a modified 32 foot RV. CHP's employees provide caring, high quality services in the following disciplines: Ob/gyn, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Physical Therapy, Ophthalmology, Behavioral Health, and General Dentistry. We also provide numerous support services such as WIC, a food bank, child's clothing exchange, structure play groups, parenting education, and more.
