Design/Engineering, Analysis, Testing & Balancing:
Our engineering staff has the capability to design your industrial ventilation system, from duct sizing and specification to equipment selection and specification. Our analysis staff has the capability to test your systems, compare the results to the original system design specifications, and provide solutions for returning those systems to original design operating parameters. Our testing and balancing staff will balance your existing system to ensure it is operating at maximum efficiency.
Stack/Emissions Testing:
KBDTechnic routinely conducts stack tests for compliance demonstrations and provides you and your staff data for engineering evaluations of process or pollution control equipment. Our testing capabilities include the measurement of particulate emissions and particle size distribution, including PM-10, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds (VOC's), metals, acid gases, RATA's etc.
Water Compliance Services:
KBD Technic provides the following services to our clients: development of Permit-to-Install applications for stormwater & wastewater treatment systems or associated process changes; NPDES direct & indirect discharge permit renewal assistance; development of industrial activity stormwater discharge permit applications; development of POTW wastewater discharge permit applications; regulatory compliance assistance; routine stormwater monitoring; development of water related plans including Industrial & Construction Activity SWPPPs, SPCC Plans, Facility Response Plans, Accidental Discharge Plans, Mercury BMP Plans, Groundwater Protection Plans, TOMPs, Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans, and Integrated Contingency Plans; and Multi-media EHS compliance auditing.
