Optimum Physio is centrally located and accessible for everyone in San Antonio, no matter where you live in the city. Our treatments and specialties include dry needling, pediatric rehab, sports rehab, pre-hab, post-surgical rehab, post-stroke rehab, laser therapy, weight loss program, Myofascial release, Graston Technique, kinesiotaping, kids strengthening programs, cupping, knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, back pain, sciatica and more!

We accept and are in-network with federal insurance plans such as Medicare / Medicaid and most commercial insurance companies in Texas. We wish to make our service as affordable as possible for everyone. If you do not have insurance, we consider it our responsibility to provide affordable cash plans and options. We also offer care credit for those that wish to make payments on their own time.

At Optimum Physio, we consider ourselves as natural mechanics of the body. We recognize that the body is complex with many systems and requires many tools to fix mechanical problems that result in functional limitations in the home and community, severe pain and decrease your quality of life.

This is why we do not limit ourselves to one specialty or body part. We are in constant search of new treatment techniques and tools. Continuing our training and education to better serve our patients.

Our uniqueness truly sets us apart from other physical therapy clinics. We are among the top 5% of clinics in the United States that practice advanced manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilizations.

We offer new techniques and tools such as deep tissue laser therapy, dry needling, and advanced hands-on manual techniques. We are in constant search for new effective and innovative therapies to add to our toolbox.
