Founded in 1957, Community Planning and Engineering (CP&E) has engineered creative, cost-effective designs for respected clients from both the public and private sector throughout the State of Hawaii for six decades. CP&E offers a comprehensive spectrum of civil engineering, design, and construction management capabilities, which are applied to venues ranging from single facilities to entire districts. We are completely familiar with Hawaii's land development process and truly understand the challenges accompanying parallel coordination with outside parties and multiple federal, state, and municipal agencies.
