DCOptima is a boutique strategic management consulting firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are known for our experiences and expertise in the area of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Management Office (PMO), PMO establishment and restructuring, and Project Management (PM) capacity building. DCOptima has been working with prominent national and multi-national organizations in Indonesia building their PMOs for the last eight years of its operation.

Our project portfolio includes the establishment or the development of PMO in several companies and organizations such as banking institution, state-own enterprise, government agency, etc. Our training unit has also been working with hundreds of corporations and organizations and has delivered various project management training programs to more than 10,000 professionals in the last fifteen years.
