Diamond & Co Building Consultancy, alongside Brooker Diamond Fire Engineers comprise a unique hybrid practice. Our Building Consultancy team provide Building Surveying, Architectural, Principal Designer, Project Management, Building Control and Technical Services to our clients across the UK and Europe.

We employ an innovative approach, embracing design and survey technologies to deliver practical, pragmatic tailored results for clients. This includes Point Cloud Scans, 3D laser, i-Guides, Digital Twins, Investigation and Drone technology. Our colleagues at Brooker Diamond are one of the few firms in the UK with full professional indemnity insurance to carry out all aspects of Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Engineering, Design and Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) using a PAS9980 approved methodology, including all Remediation & Design work.

We are the founders of ESTER (Engineering Surveying Tool for Evaluation and Reporting) software and database system which is a management and design tool for assessing the compliance of properties against ECO/structural and recording diligence information.

We are a regulated RICS firm, and our experts are members of RICS, RIBA, RIAS, Arb, Association of Project Safety, Association of Project Management and ISOH. We are an ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Accredited firm.
