Founded by entrepreneurs, Shirley Edwards and Caroline Blake, the company employs over 700 staff, servicing clients primarily in East Anglia, the Midlands and the South East of England.

The company's mission is to provide a highly flexible and tailored approach to match its client's requirements, but also delivering cost-effective and dynamic services.

It is passionate about great quality food and service, driving innovation and overall delivering great value.

In April 2017 Edwards & Blake became part of the Elior Group.

• Edwards & Blake was listed in the London Stock Exchange Group's 2016 '1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain'​ report.

• It is listed as one of Norfolk's Top 100 Companies in Grant Thornton's ‘Norfolk Limited 2016 ' report.

• It was an elite finalist in the 2016 Educatering Excellence Awards.

• It is listed in B&I Catering Magazine's ‘Top 50 Catering Companies in the UK.'

• It has been awarded the Soil Association's Gold Food for Life Catering Mark Award. It is presented to caterers who demonstrate they meet the high standards of provenance, quality and preparation and provide food that encourages pupils to eat healthy, fresh food on site.
