TLC Homecare, including Town and Local Care (part of Optimo Care Group Ltd), delivers person-centred domestic help, personal care and support and bespoke services to more than 800 people per week across the Yorkshire area, including Barnsley, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Calderdale and Doncaster.
