At Cambridge Enplas Life science Lab (C.E.L.L), which is part of Enplas Europe Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enplas Corporation, we are working on innovative research in the life science market.
The Business Strategy and Innovation Office (BSIO) at Enplas aims to use Enplas' capabilities, and apply to real world challenges of today. Enplas decided to take a step forward in the life Science market 17 years ago to answer the needs for microfluidic chips in the diagnostic market, by applying its core technology. With the creation of CELL, we are looking to apply this expertise to bring new innovations to the biotechnology market.

Since 1962, Enplas has been contributing to society through specialized value added manufacturing of high precision plastic components. By further advancement and utilization of their own total engineering plastic technology which Enplas has fostered since it's foundation, it contributes to the development of our communities by continuously pursuing the products with high-precision, high-function and high-quality, and providing better products and services which receive appreciation from our customers.

CELL as a lab is working on biotechnology applications such as organ on a chip, single cell, droplet microfluidics for the life science industry (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food testing, environment).
In addition, Enplas is also a strategic investor for global innovations in the area of Organ on a chip and single cell technology, where we can provide financial investment, management expertise, engineering support and global quality supply support.

Thanks to its core expertise in plastic molding. Enplas is also able to transform your ideas into a mass production chip using our expertise and global facilities.
CELL is in operation since 10th Aug 2016 Part of the Enplas Corporation 1,500 at 29 sites globally, and in existence since 1962.
