We have been specialized for over 30 years in the machining of stainless and carbon steels, alloys and super-alloys, for the production of mechanical
components on Customer's demand. Our production includes machinery parts for food industry, valve components for oil & gas sector, mechanical seals and many other special components for chemical, pharmaceutical,
textile and aeronautical sectors.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Using just finest quality raw-material and providing constant training to our workers we perform lathing and milling with CNC machines up to 4
controlled axes and up to diameter 600mm (roughly).
Nothing is left to chance: the MES (Metronomo) management system
follows the production order from the beginning to the end; it guarantees the traceability of the raw material and allows us to monitor in real time both
working progress and performance indicators. The statistical datas are then collected and processed by our analysts for a continuous improvement of production flow and costs reduction.
