Redaelli Ricambi s.r.l. was founded in 1962 as a manufacturer of Steering and Suspension Parts for automotive and at the same time it operates in the high precision Turning and Milling machining sector.
The production is specialized in the machining of mechanical parts from raw moulded parts or from bars starting from customer's drawing or sample, for small and medium production batches.
Redaelli Ricambi has an internal Technical Department for the design and engineering of customized parts to meet customer requirements, using the most advanced CAD/CAM software available.
The company is also specialized in the mechanical processing of ball joints with dedicated lines interfaced with automated profile and crack control systems.
Presence of Transfert lines with 5 stations and 8 machining units including 3 turning units. Possibility of feeding through the use of 6-axis Robot or manual.
Each production line can be implemented with static process control tools such as SPC.
Availability of an internal Quality Laboratory equipped with multiple measuring instruments including traction machines, optical projectors and Zeiss CMM for 3D dimensional control.
Possibility to carry out different heat and surface treatments (such as Induction Hardening, Zinc Plating, Burnishing, Painting, etc.) thanks to many years of collaboration with external partners in the territory.

La produzione è specializzata nella lavorazione di particolari meccanici da stampato grezzo o da barra partendo dal disegno o dal campione del cliente, per piccoli e medi lotti produttivi.
L'azienda è inoltre specializzata nella lavorazione meccanica di giunti sferici con linee dedicate ed interfacciate con sistemi automatizzati di controllo profili e cricche.
Presenza di linee Transfert a 5 postazioni con 8 unità di lavorazione tra cui 3 di tornitura. Possibilità di alimentazione mediante l'utilizzo di Robot a 6 assi oppure manuale.
