Spence Clarke was established in 1985 in Marbella. The firm is one of the very few tax and accountancy practices in southern Spain that is authorised to practice by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The senior partner is also a member of the equivalent Spanish tax and accountancy institutions.

The practice specialises in the provision of Spanish tax, legal, audit and accountancy services, mainly to foreigners with interests in Spain. Our cross-border knowledge helps clients adapt to the Spanish system with the minimum of doubt and disruption.
