In 1954, we opened our first bakery in Putignano, Apulia, Italy. Our gourmet bakery specialties (tarallini, friselline and crostini) became soon very well- demanded in the area and, in 1983, Domenico Egizio, our CEO and founder - established FARINELLA Srl, with the clear intention to promote, in the world, the authentic flavors of Apulian bakery traditidion. We are certified BRC, IFS and organic. In 2021 FARINELLA has been included to the ITALIAN EXCELLENCE circuit.
