About

We are a Lincolnshire based mental health charity who are passionate about people finding the support that is right for them.

We know that mental wellbeing is unique to everyone and the support you access needs to be individual to you, this is why we work as network organisation to ensure you can easily find organisations offering support in your area.

Alongside this we work to support grass roots and community organisation to implement wellbeing support throughout Lincolnshire through grant administration.

We also have 15 paid Peer support workers across the county who work closely with both health professionals and the community to support people with their mental health journey.
All of our peer support workers have their own lived experience with mental health and can use this to walk alongside someone on their journey.

Mental Health Community Funding

Shine Lincolnshire manages funding on Behalf of Lincolnshire County Council and the Integrated Care Board for Lincolnshire. The funding aims to support people's mental health at a grass roots, community level to prevent crisis escalation.

This is because we know that communities know each other best and are often best suited to looking after one another.
