COVID-19 has shown that humanity is not ready to face global challenges. Global challenges require global solutions. The Internet has turned our planet into our country. The country and homeland of all. Would you like to participate?

Estado Universal is a project, a new social network and an association, all these elements are synchronized and have the same name.

How does Estado Universal work ?:

🖋️Its members, over 18 years old, are considered citizens of the world. The highest governing body is the General Assembly-Assembly of Humanity. Members of the Assembly are chosen by lot, as in Socrates' Athens, from the Census of Eligibles.

🖋️The Census of Eligibles is a group within the social network. It is made up of all those who wish to be part of the Assembly. These members of the association pay a fee of 100 euros to finance the process and the objectives of the Assembly. The fee is paid every four years, which is the call period. Those who do not wish to be in the Assembly do not pay a fee.

🖋️Census members receive an accreditation with a personal number. Choices are made between the identifying numbers. The chosen numbers are the members of the Assembly. The first elections will be * September 21, 2021 *.

🖋️ 385 members are elected and educated for four years on global issues, languages and good governance. The number 385 corresponds to a statistical calculation that allows the human population to be represented with high reliability.

🖋️The first Assembly begins its function on September 21, 2025, while the members of the next are elected. The current organization is in charge of all the preparations up to that date. All civil society organizations, universities and the media are invited to participate.

We establish alliances to promote the association with institutions and individuals. Each one chooses the role that interests them. Join us!!!
