This number represents results of the Realia group operation. 200 offices of the Realia group exist throughout the country. The total turnover of the Realia group was 100 million euro in 2013.

SIA "Ober Haus Real Estate Latvia" (Ober-Haus Latvia) launched its activities in Latvia in 1998 and currently, more than 70 employees are employed in 6 offices ( in Riga (2), Valmiera, Jelgava, Liepāja, Ventspils) of the company.
