Southern Demolition Co Ltd has the knowledge and experience gained over four generations and has been at the forefront of developing and maintaining the highest standards in the industry since 1953.

Our membership of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors guarantees to our clients that all our personnel are trained to the highest standard. It also ensures that we conform to Health & Safety Legislation, carry adequate insurance cover and have annual audits carried out by NFDC representatives.

We also have accreditation to ISO 9001: & 14001, CHAS and Constructionline, this assures our customers receive the highest standard of work at all times.

We specialise in all forms of demolition including industrial, commercial and domestic structures.

Our group of companies hold a full three year licence for asbestos removal and have in-house BOHS P402 trained asbestos surveyors who can undertake both management and demolition/refurbishment surveys.

On request we can supply customer references for all works from strip-out to full site clearance.
