In our gyms are working coaches, to which you can always turn for advice. Everyone has the opportunity to choose the most appropriate trainings from the diverse range, because the club are offered:
- Cardio trainings that improve cardiovascular functionality, strength and strengthen muscles.
- Strength trainings, aimed at the strengthening of all muscle groups. In trainings are used inventory and body weight.
- Body & mind trainings, where the flowing movements interspersed with strength exercises. In the first part of trainings high attention is based on toning the muscles of the body, with particular strengthening of deep musculature. In the second part of the training all the exercise are focused on the release of muscles and body relaxation.
- Water gymnastics for pregnant women - great way how to feel your body, to be aware of your baby's growth and development, and prepare for the big coming into the world event.
- Personal trainings.
In the clubs are also available comfortable lounge areas with a various types of baths. In a MyFitness Bolero club is available squash, but in MyFitness Radisson BLU Daugava - pool.
