Information technology is our skill, passion and commitment. We love to use our diverse IT toolset to create tailor-made solutions in order to benefit the client's business.

At HEISI people definitely develop software, but that is far from being all. We encourage our people to get to know the client and truly understand their needs. This enables us to keep the client's best interests at heart and create useful solutions. Our aim is to play on the client's team, working together for a common goal. We prefer proactive open communication as human beings and avoid any BS. If you need it, we will make it happen - and if we see a better way to solve your business problem, we will make sure to let you know.

HEISI was awarded the title of a Gazelle Company by Äripäev in both 2020 and 2023, also named as a Successful Company Founded in 2014. Furthermore, we are a long-time member of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We have also been a part of the Estonian ICT cluster, Tehnopol Science and Business Park community and the Estonian health innovation ecosystem Connected Health Cluster. As a good practice we have been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2017 and all the services provided by HEISI are covered with international liability insurance.
