Getting advice early is crucial when faced with insolvency; furthermore Directors of limited companies have a legal responsibility to seek professional advice as soon as they believe their company may not be able to avoid it. We provide the tools to help you identify these clients and once it is apparent a solution is required we will then deal with the client directly to put this in place.

Our aim is not to replace the services you provide; rather we work alongside and as an extension to your firm, ensuring your clients receive the right advice at the right time. Wherever possible we'll look to solutions that help them become solvent and continue trading, saving a client for your firm that may otherwise have been lost.
