Full service remodeling and design build company since 1998.

If you would like to finish off your basement or put on an addition to your home, remodel your kitchen or simply update your bathroom, we can do it for you! Ever thought about a theater room or an workout room​?

Perhaps you have a business that needs some remodeling, add an office or need to up date your break room. We do that too! Or maybe you have a restaurant that needs maintenance during off hours.

We understand the special needs of our clients. We specialize in accessible living and we are Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders. We are also a Certified Green Professional (CGP) and enjoy doing green projects.

In 2017 we were awarded the Remodeler of the Year from both Iowa City and Cedar Rapids Home Builders Associations.
