We are a company that supports Training & Development, Talent, Learning and HR Managers as they develop their employees, managers, leaders and executives.

We support small and large organizations, meeting them where they are: the one- or two-person HR team who is responsible for learning with limited resources accesses the same quality of consulting from us as the talent development team with greater reach. We freely share of our knowledge and expertise. In essence: we practice what we 'teach.'​

We offer a comprehensive library of off-the-shelf programs (more than 50) to develop supervisors, managers, individual contributors, teams, sales and HR and training professionals. For those that need tailored solutions, we have strong instructional design capabilities—with the ability to build experiential activities, simulations, workshops, distance learning, tools for learning in the flow of work and performance support tools.

Our network of facilitators is second-to-none, with an average of 15 years of facilitation experience, expansive certifications, vast industry-specific knowledge and the ability to deliver in any of more than 8 languages. These consultants facilitate groups of 6 to 200, in person and across distance, including participants from individual contributor level up to executives, on topics such as communication, leadership, management, digital literacy and digital leadership, innovation and design thinking, influence skills, organizational savvy, change management, sales, working virtually, cross-cultural competence, dealing with difficult situations, performance management, coaching and much more.

We offer assessments that can be used in coaching, training programs, team building events and selection including Interaction Style profiles, 360 inventories, Harrison Assessments, eQi, DiSC, Hogan, Insights Discovery and more.
