Boulder Venture Club

About

The Boulder Venture Club at the University of Colorado at Boulder is a premier organization for undergraduate students interested in finance, entrepreneurship, and venture capital. Below are some of the things we've been working on:

1) Our weekly meetings provide a forum for members to share ideas, provide feedback, and receive support for their ventures.

2) Our speaker series brings in industry leaders to share their expertise on topics related to entrepreneurship and venture capital.

3) Through participation in our Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC), members gain valuable experience in performing due diligence on startup companies and presenting investment recommendations.

4) Our Caffeinated Conversations program connects CU students with community mentors and professionals, allowing them to glean insights from our ecosystem's best and brightest, over coffee.

5) *In progress* BVC's undergraduate-run venture capital fund allows members to gain hands-on experience in the process of making real private equity investments in pre-seed stage, high-growth startups in Colorado.
