OCG's Leadership

Steven J. Shore, MBA

As President, Steve brings thirty years of diverse oncology strategy and management experience to OCG. Steve's expertise includes service line development, operational and financial performance turn-around, physician practice management, market differentiation and strategic alignments.

Steve has helped leading institutions and private practices such as Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Baystate Health, Trinity Health, Moses Cone Health, Providence Health System, Cedars Sinai Health System and Tower Hematology Oncology Medical Group create profitable, patient-focused centers of excellence and deliver world-class cancer care. He led the California operations for Vantage Oncology, Inc., a national for-profit cancer center developer, and the strategic business development efforts for TomoTherapy, Inc, an international cancer technology sales organization.

Steve received his MBA in Finance from Temple University – Fox School of Business and his BS in Health Planning & Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
